The Border Bowl committee will credential members of the media for the Border Bowl game. The Border Bowl committee does not issue credentials to any other Border Bowl affiliated events (cheerleading, practice, parades, combine, etc.). At those events, the Border Bowl committee provides complimentary admission and extends professional courtesies to representatives of news media organizations upon presentation of valid news media photo identification.
Credentialing is granted on a first come, first served basis. The Border Bowl committee may deny or revoke credentials for noncompliance with Border Bowl Media Credential Policies and conduct for which there are reasonable grounds to believe violates state or federal law, or constitutes a breach of professional ethics.
We will only contact those who we will NOT grant credentials to based on the criteria outlined in the Border Bowl Media Credential Policies. All others should plan to pick up their credential at the designated media check-in area which will be given to media outlets once the form is completed.
Deadline for submission of Border Bowl VII Media Credential requests is Thursday, January 9, 2020.
Any requests made after that deadline will not make it on the registration sheet for the media check-in area.
